All participants must fill and submit a complete registration form online, at least one author (presenting author) must register and attend for the paper to be considered in the proceeding.

Invited speakers need not pay the registration fee, unless they wish to contribute this fee towards sponsoring African delegates. They must, however, complete the registration form.
Note that the full registration fees for delegates include all conference materials, AFRIRPA 2010 Proceedings, lunches and refreshments, and all social activities.
Note that accompanying persons congress fee per person covers attendance of the social functions. It does not include attendance of the scientific sessions, lunches or coffee breaks.
